Pricing FAQ

Is pricing really fixed, with no per-student fees?

Yes. Each plan has one fixed price per term (or per year) for up to a set number of students. There are no separate per-student charges to calculate, regardless of how many students are actively using the platform within your plan's limit.

What happens if I go slightly over my plan's student limit?

We allow a small grace allowance (about 10%) above each plan's stated capacity, so a few extra admissions won't force an immediate upgrade. If your school consistently grows beyond that buffer, we'll reach out to help you move to the next plan.

Can I upgrade my plan mid-term?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we'll pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next term.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. What you see is what you pay. Onboarding, training, and standard support are included in every plan.

Does paying annually save money?

Yes. Paying for the full academic year upfront costs less than paying termly across three terms, and locks in your rate for the year. Use the toggle above the pricing cards to compare.
